Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 0–1 business day (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday).

Shipping Days

We ship orders Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Window

From the time your order is placed, you can expect to receive your package within 3–6 business days in total (processing + shipping).

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delays

While we make every effort to ship and deliver within the timeframes listed above, delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for carrier-related delays once the package has been handed off.
